The CGCalc/TaxReporter application has robust functional and data security. The CGCalc security features can limit the menu options available to a user and the update rights for each data entity. Data groups can limit which clients and portfolios a user is able to view and update. Any personal data is held in encrypted format.

A complete audit trail is available for all on-line amendments detailing the before and after images, the update time and the user performing the update. The audit report can be filtered by data entity, user and date range.

The hosted service has been fully penetration tested and this process is repeated on a regular basis.
